Happy New Year!!!

2010 is here and it seems so surreal. I remember when I was younger that it seemed like those numbers were soooooo far away. Now they are here and I am to (really happy about that). Since those first thoughts I have traveled the world, loved, lost and forgot more than I ever imagined possible. As I look at this picture I realise that all that I am is because of all that I have experienced. So as I start this new year, I remember the past so that I can always appreciate the present, and look forward to the future.

New Beginnings

It has been a crazy rollercoaster lately. I have found myself back in control of my time again and realising I had almost sold myself to a company that didn't understand the worth of the people it employs. It's amazing that when you know your right and have a definite of purpose others view it as being a threat to them because they are stuck in the views of the fantasy they have created for the public. I am happy for people I was fortunate enough to work with and the relationships that have developed from that crazy journey. Moving down my new path I am focused on developing new relationships, going back to school and growing my photography business.

Playground fun.

There a several things in life that I enjoy. My family has always been the best of those things. Growing up no matter what was going on when the family got together it was always a treat (even when there was drama). Once I had children myself that pleasure went to a whole new level. Today I spent some time with one of my daughters and my grandson. Nothing can explain how the joy on a child's face can make you feel. As my daughter chased her son around the play structure I remembered how fun those times are.

Absent

It has been way too long since I have been here. So much has happened over the last few months I haven't been able to sit down and put into words everything. It is amazing that with all that goes on in your own life that if you take the time to stop and look around, and usually not too far from yourself...you will find someone that has gone through just as much if not more. Nowadays I think we are so

I'm Back

It's been forever...and now i'm back. Life has a way of getting in the way of itself at times.

Nothing like a 10 year old telling you that because you can text that you are "So this century."

Absence

Wow it has been a while. So much has happened over the last few months. Hard to know where to start. Well let's start at the most recent and go backwards.

I found out tonight that a long time friend had lost her numerous battles with cancer. While talking to her husband tonight I remembered how great that smile of hers was. She was always cheerful and always had a nice things to say.
